Nature of the publication
Mizen is a general information publication on the Tunis Stock Exchange and the Tunisian foreign exchange market. Its content is produced automatically from public sources, on a daily basis.
This publication does not in any way constitute:
- investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a financial instrument, nor personalised advice taking account of a reader's situation, objectives or horizon;
- an act of financial canvassing or a solicitation of a stock market order;
- a portfolio management activity or the reception and transmission of orders;
- financial analysis in the regulatory sense, nor a research note.
The publisher is not a stockbroker, is not licensed by the Financial Market Council to carry on portfolio management or investment advice, and receives no remuneration from the companies whose securities are mentioned.
The composite score
The published score is a relative ranking of listed securities on a given date, obtained by weighted combination of percentile ranks computed on past data. It is neither a forecast, nor a credit rating, nor an opinion on an issuer's solvency. The method, weights and limitations are published in full on the Method page: readers are invited to consult it before any use.
Sources and accuracy
The data comes from the Tunis Stock Exchange (quotations, press releases, financial statements filed by companies), the Central Bank of Tunisia (exchange rates) and the banks' own websites (counter rates). Part of the figures is obtained by automatic extraction from PDF documents whose layout varies: reading errors are possible and some data remains missing.
The prices shown are neither real-time nor guaranteed. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. In case of divergence, the official publications of the Tunis Stock Exchange and the Central Bank of Tunisia alone prevail. Bank counter rates change during the day and may differ from those applied in branch.
The publisher endeavours to flag coverage limits rather than hide them: missing data is left blank, and the Method page publishes the actual state of coverage. Any error found may be reported to office.cma@cma-tn.com; it will be corrected as soon as possible.
Liability
Readers remain solely responsible for their decisions and for their interpretation of the information published. The publisher cannot be held liable for any loss, loss of profit or damage, direct or indirect, arising from use of the site, an error, an omission, a delay in updating or an outage. Any investment decision requires examination of the issuer's official documentation and, where appropriate, recourse to an authorised professional.
The publisher, its partners or its staff may hold, directly or indirectly, securities of companies mentioned on this site.
Intellectual property
Market data, press releases and financial statements remain the property of their issuers and of the institutions that publish them. Mizen presents them for information purposes, systematically indicating the source and linking to the original document where available. The site's structure, processing, computed indicators and editorial texts are the publisher's property; reuse is free provided the source is cited.

This site is static. It has no form, no user account, no advertising network and no analytics tool, and makes no request to any third-party service. No cookie is set: the only data kept on your device is your light or dark display preference, stored locally by your browser and never transmitted.
The hosting server logs record, as for any website, the IP address and timestamp of requests, for technical and security purposes. In accordance with Organic Law No. 2004-63 on the protection of personal data, any access or erasure request may be sent to office.cma@cma-tn.com.
